The Beginning of Spartan Mounts
2016
Side Gig
The journey began with two 3D printers in a spare bedroom. What started as a hobby quickly grew as Ben began designing and printing practical products and mounts for use around the house.
2017
Prototyping
Ben and Mike set out to create a clean, floating wall display for the AR-15, developing the first prototype that would eventually become Spartan Mounts.
2018
Sold!
The infamous AR-15 Wall Mount sold on Ebay the next week. Ben would print mounts over night and ship them out the next day as the product gained popularity.
2018
First Office
Later that year, they moved into their first 500-square-foot workspace and expanded to eight 3D printers. Drawing inspiration from their own firearm collections, Ben and Mike began developing new mounts and steadily growing their product lineup.
2019
Growing and Change
As the website continued to grow, Spartan Mounts expanded into a 1,500-square-foot facility with the capacity to operate sixty Prusa 3D printers to meet increasing demand. With a rapidly growing catalog of hundreds of firearm-specific mounts, customers could now build fully customized gun walls tailored to their collections.

Future Forward
Spartan Mounts has grown from a single firearm mount into a company serving over 100,000 customers with hundreds of organization solutions. That growth led to the creation of SpartanGrid—a modular steel wall system designed to give customers complete control over their space. Unlike permanent wall installations, SpartanGrid can be expanded, rearranged, and reconfigured as collections grow and needs change. It's the same practical, American-made approach that built Spartan Mounts, now applied to entire walls instead of individual mounts.

Ben is the driving force behind Spartan Mounts, leading product development, operations, and overall strategy. With a hands-on approach to design and manufacturing, he has built the company into a scalable operation producing hundreds of American-made mounting solutions. Ben focuses on creating practical, durable products that solve real-world storage and organization problems, while continuously pushing the brand forward through innovation and new product development. You'll also catch him starring in all of our social media videos.
Meet Mike
With a background in sales and business development, Mike plays a key role in growing the brand, building partnerships, and driving the vision behind Spartan Mounts. Him and Ben together have combined experience in sales, marketing, design, and engineering to create a line of American-made mounting solutions built for real-world use.

I test fit it on several different Mil-Spec Lower Receivers (Aero, PSA, Spike's, KAK, One Horse, and unBranded).
Mount was snug in all and all released easily when the mag release was pressed.
Packaged so well that I put it back in the box and put the box in the bottom of my rifle building and repair toolbox (rather than just tossing the mount in it).
Came with a "Spartan Mounts" sticker to add to my collection (every fire arm enthusiast knows what I am talking about!) and a 10% off next purchase coupon code.
I just wish they made an UPPER Receiver vise block...
(Disregard how messy the table is, that's what happens when you decide to build a rifle in your dining room.)
