Refund/Exchange Policy


We care about our customer's experience.  If you have any concerns about your Spartan Mount product, your mount broke for any reason, or you simply would like to return for a refund, please send us an email to Sales@SpartanMounts.com.

We always accept returns/exchanges, no matter how old your order was.  If your mount is damaged for any reason, let us know and we will send you a replacement at no charge.

Please note: depending on the reason for returning a product, Spartan Mounts reserves the right to not refund the origonal shipping amount.
