I am very sorry that your order was delayed in transit. I do see that we shipped your order the 22nd, and it is currently in the Cleveland OH distribution center. I completely understand your frustration with this shipment. Believe me, we are just as frustrated that our customers are not getting their orders on time.
Please understand that we did not know this shipment would be delayed getting to you ...if we had known, we would have shipped it a different way.
I see that there has been no movement on the shipment in the last 3 days. I will send you a replacement at no charge, priority 2-day mail. I hope once your receive the mount, it lives up to your expectations.
