Good overall results. I ordered the mount for a VR-80. My latch didn't lock into the mount. Emailed Spartan and they immediately sent a paid label to return the faulty mount, and shipped a replacement. It also failed with my shotgun. So they suggested that I try a Typhoon 12 mount and it locked. Problem solved.

Design Flaw
Works fine as a holder (when mounted horizontally) but the current design does not work to lock the VR80 to the mount. The company said it was a misprint but the replacement they sent me is identical to the first one. The item description needs to be changed to indicate the mount does not work with the VR80's magazine lock.

Highly disappointed in quality for the cost
I was really excited to find mounts for all my non AR type guns, only to be disappointed to receive what seems like poorly printed specimens from the reject box, melted looking edges, uneven ridges of every pass of the printer, mounting holes that are not round and look as is they were made by pressing a red hot rod thru them. I can't review how well they function to mount the three weapons I bought them for because after opening all three packages I was so discouraged I tossed them back into the box, hopefully I will find a company who makes decent mounts.
