Refund policy

Our Mounts (Domestic): Spartan Mounts offers a 30 day return window with free return shipping on mounts.  Within 30 days of receiving your order, please reach out to us for a free domestic return label for any mount you would like to return.  

Our Mounts (International): Spartan Mounts offers a 30 day return window on mounts.  Within 30 days of receiving your order, please ship the mounts back using your preferred method and we will refund your order when received. Due to increasing international shipping costs, we are not able to offer free return shipping.

 

SpartanGrid Wall System: Due to freight costs and the nature of made-to-order steel panels, all sales are final except in cases of damage or defect.

In cases of damage or defect, please reach out to us and we would be happy to resolve the issue with a replacement.

 

We have a lifetime warranty on our products. If you ever run into any issue with our mounts, please let us know and we will send you a replacement at no charge.

 

Please note: Depending on the reason for returning a mount, Spartan Mounts reserves the right to not refund the original shipping cost.
