Mount Return Policy

Domestic: Spartan Mounts offers a 30 day return window with free return shipping on mounts.  Within 30 days of receiving your order, please reach out to us for a free domestic return label for any mount you would like to return.  

International: Spartan Mounts offers a 30 day return window on mounts.  Within 30 days of receiving your order, please ship the mounts back using your preferred method and we will refund your order when received. Due to increasing international shipping costs, we are not able to offer free return shipping.

Please Note: Depending on the reason for returning a mount, Spartan Mounts reserves the right to not refund the original shipping cost.

We have a lifetime warranty on our products. If you ever run into any issue with our mounts, please let us know and we will send you a replacement at no charge.

SpartanGrid Return Policy

Returns

SpartanGrid panels and rails may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be uninstalled, unmodified, and in the original packaging — the original box and foam are required, as they are the only way to safely ship these products. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which covers inspection and repackaging. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

To start a return, contact us at Sales@SpartanMounts.com with your order number. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of both the box and the product. We'll ship a free replacement and handle the carrier claim — please keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.

Defects

If a panel or rail has a manufacturing defect — finish failure, rails that don't seat properly, or anything else that's our fault — we'll replace it free, even outside the 30-day window. That's our problem, not yours.
